Skin the 1 Kilo Sweet potatoes and cut them into small cubes, add water to a pot so they are well covered and boil at medium high heat until they are soft enough to mash.

While the sweet potatoes are boiling, grind up your oats or add the 210 Grams Oat Flour and lightly whisk in the 1 ½ Tsp Baking Powder and 1 Tsp Salt.
Now that the sweet potatoes are ready, mash them up and add in the 480 Grams Greek Yoghurt, 3 Medium Ripe Bananas3 Large Eggs and 1½ Tsp Vanilla Extract. Combine well.

For the final step, add in the dry ingredients from step 2 and the 130 Grams Cocoa Powder. Whisk or fold until combined.

Last but not least, fold in the 200 Grams Chocolate Chips.

Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with baking paper, pour the batter in and flatten with the back of a spoon or spatula.
Bake for 35 minutes and do a tooth pick test to ensure the centre is coooked.
Let cool before cutting, best enjoyed with some berries.
